Her father and rich lister, Peter has a net worth of about $1.65bn, after making his fortune with his transport services company Cubico and PGA Group.

Now, property records have revealed she is selling her Melbourne four-bedroom home at 38a Langridge St with a $6.5m-$6.8m price tag.

The home’s living room with soaring ceilings.

Another luxe lounge room.

The property was built in 1898 by boat builder John Joseph Savage and has had many uses in its nearly 130 years.

From a boat builder’s yard, it has evolved into a production warehouse, an underground nightclub in the 1970s, and a photography studio.

It has since been transformed into a private residence, sprawling across three floors.

While Jellis Craig Port Phillip partner Max Mercuri declined to comment on who the seller was, but said in his 10 years of real estate, there was less than a handful of warehouse conversions like this abode.

The dining space.

One of the home’s four bedrooms.

“Most of the homes in Middle Park are either Edwardian or Victorian. So it’s a very unique offering to the marketplace,” Mr Mercuri said.

“I think the biggest draw card is the scale of the property.”

He added that the expansive digs had multiple living zones, oversized bedrooms and soaring ceilings.

“My favourite feature would have to be definitely the exposed beans and original warehouse features,” he said.

“It’s absolutely spectacular for entertaining; it’s got just the most incredible views of the CBD from the terrace upstairs.

“Probably the other thing as well that I love about it is because it is set back from the street, it really is a hidden oasis in the sense that a lot of people don’t know about the property because it doesn’t have street frontage.”

Another of the bedrooms located at the top of the building.

CoreLogic records show Gunn purchased the Middle Park pad in March 2000 for $1.08m.

The home is going under the hammer on Saturday 30 November at 12:30pm.
